Here goes nothing.
I have been trying to work out the best way to share our Gibb River Road trip & think by 'stop' is going to be the best way. Not only because I am sure I will waffle on but also because it is sure to be full of pictures to show just how awesome this adventure is.
Our first day saw us driving almost 800kms in the day {we never drive this far but we are traveling with others that are obviously on time limits}. We left Karratha around 730am and arrived at Roebuck Plains Roadhouse just before 4pm. A very long day for everyone but the caravan park was actually very nice, full of grass {and mozzies} and had hot showers.
Next stop is Winjarna Gorge, the first stop on the actual Gibb River Road.
